Larry Chiavaro
Larry is currently the Executive Chairman of Paramount Servicing Group. He is a dynamic executive with over 35 years of experience in identifying and developing growth in the consumer finance industry and one of the globally recognized experts in the loan servicing industry.
Larry has been a Senior Strategic Advisor to ECN Capital and has also held leadership positions for Household/HSBC Auto Finance, NovaStar Mortgage, and GE Capital.
Leo Efstathio
Leo Efstathiou is the cofounder and CEO of FINSIGHT, a leading financial technology service provider to the global structured products market. FINSIGHT’s solutions facilitate hundreds of billions of new issue activity annually and empower thousands of the world’s leading institutional investors, investment banks and corporate issuers.
Prior to FINSIGHT, Leo was an associate in Barclays’ Technology Media and Telecom and Structured Products groups. Leo graduated from New York University’s Undergraduate Stern School of Business.
Charles Nardello
Mr. Nardello has more than 30 years of operations management and supply chain experience, most recenty as SVP Operations of Hawaiian Airlines (retired) where he managed daily core operating functions. Other industry experience includes all aspects of maintenance, engineering, and technical purchasing supporting worldwide networks, as well as regulatory compliance. In addition, he is a 22-year U.S. Air Force veteran distinguished by service in both Operation Desert Shield and Operation Desert Storm.
Mr. Nardello holds a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Connecticut, and an M.S. in Systems Management from the University of Southern California.
